SouthBridge EMS is dedicated to delivering compassionate and life-saving emergency medical care to the streets, homes, and workplaces in the South Hills of Pittsburgh. This exceptional care makes our communities a safer and healthier place to live and commute— held true through the sincere words of thanks and praise we receive from our patients for helping them in their time of need.

Headquartered in South Fayette Township, SouthBridge primarily serves the communities of Bridgeville Borough, Cecil Township (sub-station location), and South Fayette Township.

Stations are staffed 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, and provide Advanced Life Support (ALS) ambulance coverage.

Recognized locally and nationally as a leader in pre-hospital care, SouthBridge EMS provides a wide range of services including emergency care, non-emergency transportation, specialized services, community education, and much more.
